The Winterthur Health Forum Association (TWHFA) is one of the partners of the Winterthur Health Initiative WHI. This joint venture of Winterthur Insurance, the Swiss Medical Association, College-M and TWHFA has been established to:

• articulate new conceptual models of integration in health care
  
• facilitate dialogue at institutional, regional, governmental and intergovernmental levels on the role of healthcare policy in supporting integration to succeed
  
• develop and promote new practical approaches to the highly complex problems to which such integration gives rise.
